This Grade 304 stainless steel KarooBraai© Classic Braai is on offer as follows:
1.  Approx 25% of grid space is optimiused with narrow spacing (approx 14mm) between 8mm thick free-floating round bars in the grid;
Braai thin wors or cocktail sausages without fearing it may end up in the embers!
2.  Approx 50% of the grid space has large spacings (approx 25mm) between the free-floating round bars:
Steaks, Chops and others like fish, etc do not fall through larger grid spacings
3.  Our 4,5mm thick grade 3CR12 fire grate (cradle) is designed to be used in the end section:
High enough to collect coals from underneath, one can continue preparing coals while braaiing
4.  Alternatively, one has a choice of using the 3mm thick Food Grade 304 stainless steel steak plate:
Fry eggs /Grill prawns, crayfish or other seafood … or your favourate veg stirfry, or fitters…
5.  And should you need all the grid space you can have, simply add the removable roundbar grid.
6.  Use the top grid to keep your snoek sauce warm, let your steak rest, etc…
