The innovative “DraaiBraai“ makes uninterrupted heat control easy (turning the grid clockwise moves it down and anti-clockwise up).
Convenient (Flat pack) and versatile enough to use at any built-in braai, camp site, braai pit, etc.
Direct cooking (braaiing) in a Weber or a Kettle type BBQ’s isn’t easy with a fixed grid.
however, if removed, the DraaiBraai is placed on the coals, the grid is generally 15cm higher (standard 57cm Weber) which will increase cooking time, save fuel and give precise heat control
